Scoping a contractor or supplier

Work starts when the method is agreed.
Drilling and blasting are high-consequence work. Safety at JOSECO is a set of conditions that have to be true before a shift begins.

All regulated blasting and explosives-related activities are undertaken subject to applicable licences, permits, safety requirements and regulatory approvals.
How an engagement runs.
From the first message to work on the ground, in five steps. You always know what is agreed, who owns it and what comes next.
Step 1: Brief
You send the site, the duty and the window through a quote or project form. Drawings and tender documents can be attached.
Step 2: Scope review
We come back with the questions that decide method and price: ground, access, approvals, interfaces and programme.
Step 3: Method and proposal
A written scope, method statement and commercial proposal, with a clear line between what JOSECO owns and what stays with you.
Step 4: Mobilisation
People, plant and supplies arrive against an agreed plan, with inductions and permits in place before work starts.
Step 5: Delivery and reporting
Work proceeds to the agreed method, with supervision on site and reporting in the format your project uses.
