Scope
JOSECO drills production blast holes and provides controlled blasting support for open-pit mines, quarries and civil excavation in rock. Drilling follows the operator's drill plan: hole location, depth and alignment.
Blasting is licensed work. It goes ahead only where the permit, the explosives arrangements and the site controls are in place. Blast designs, initiation sequences and product formulations are not published on this site.
All regulated blasting and explosives-related activities are undertaken subject to applicable licences, permits, safety requirements and regulatory approvals.
JOSECO does not publish operational blast parameters, initiation sequences or product formulations.

How we approach it
The drill plan comes first: the ground, access, the fragmentation the mine or quarry needs, and the permits. Drill crews and blasting supervision stay on the same scope, so the holes and the shot are not split across contractors.

Work is focused on Liberia, with the capacity to support regional assignments where mobilisation, licensing and client arrangements allow.
